Please note the following:

• These amounts are for National or Provincial Tournaments outside of the Western Cape that are recognised for National Ranking Points.
• The amounts given in the table are the maximum amount that can be claimed per tournament.
• Mid-Amateurs, Seniors and Juniors can claim at 50% of the amount tabled above.
• All claims should be submitted in writing to the WPG office within 4 weeks after the completion of the tournament.
• Claims will only be honoured where copies of he appropriate supporting documents e.g., invoices, credit card slips, receipts, etc. are provided.
• Player's must declare, in writing, that they have NOT received any financial assistance from their, club, a sponsor, or any other instance.
• Tournaments within a tournament do not qualify for the reimbursement. Only the overall final position in the tournament participated in will be considered for reimbursement.
• Players having claimed under this policy must make themselves available for WP Golf Inter-Provincial Team Selection.
• Reimbursement is subject to the player having NOT received assistance from their club, sponsors or any other instances.
• WP Golf will endeavor to honour all reimbursement requests; however, pay-outs are subject to the availability of funds and provided that any set budgetary cap for these payments are not exhausted in that financial year.
