Parow Golf Club proved to be a stern test for the field at the Parow Junior Championship, with players having to work hard for every shot.

The overall title was decided in a playoff after Jacques Blewett and George Stapelberg both finished regulation play tied on 79. Jacques held his nerve on the first playoff hole, securing victory with a solid par.

The Boys Under-15 division was another closely contested affair, with Christian Swanepoel and Nicholas Jansen van Rensburg both posting impressive rounds of 76. Christian was awarded the division title on count-out after the pair could not be separated on score.

In the Girls Under-15 division, Erin-Leigh Arnold continued her good form to claim victory with a round of 84.

Kian Adonis added another trophy to his growing collection by winning the Under-13 division. His excellent round of 76 was enough to secure a comfortable three-shot victory and further cement his status as one of the leading players in his age group.
