The 2026 Wilkinson Greensomes was held at Metropolitan GC on Monday, 8 June 2026. With a full field of 32 female pairings and 4 male pairings, players were happy to take on the rain to play the fun greensomes format.

 

In the Women’s Nett division Marietjie Visser and Brenda Breytenbach (Parow) claimed first place with a nett of 66, they were 3 shots better than second place Candice Woodbridge and Jane Vorster (Atlantic Beach Links) who card a nett score of 69, and 1 shot behind them with 3 pairs carded a nett 70 with Joanne van Rooyen and Michelle Gibbons (Durbanville) counted in third place, Susan Oosthuizen and Gail Barnard (De Zalze / Strand) counted out fourth place and counted out fifth place went to Leonie Swart and Rosa-Linda Wessels (Durbanville).

In the Women’s Gross division Hayley Davis and Sarah van Lear (Royal Cape) took first place by 6 shots carding a 78 with Gwen Baumgart and Amanda Ogden (Rondebosch) shooting a 84.

In the Men’s division Gerhard Vorster and Willem Vorster (Atlantic Beach) claimed first place with a nett 70, while in the winner of the gross prize on a score of 81 were Rowan Jacobs and Kieron Swart (Kuilsrivier).
