Kaiyuree Moodley successfully defended her WP Women’s Amateur title at Durbanville Golf Club on Sunday 1 November.  With a final round 68 she was a clear winner on the day – 71-68 total 139.  Clovelly’s up-and-coming Isabella van Rooyen had her best finish in a WP event. She finished tied 2nd with Megan Streicher on 141.

Gus Ackerman champion, Kaylah Williams carded two level par rounds 144 to finish in fourth spot.

Strand’s Tanja Jacobsen continued her run of form from the Ackerman Championships held two weeks ago to top the leaderboard in the B Division. On 165, she was eight shots clear from junior, Jaden Visagie.

Deidre Venter (Kuils River) edged out Milnerton’s Lorette Hegie by three shots in the C Division. Durbanville’s Michelle Petty was third.
