Adam Johnston claimed victory at the Parow Junior Championships on Monday, 6 January, with a solid 2-over par 74. The tough conditions at Parow Golf Club proved challenging for many, but Adam kept his composure with 3 birdies on the back nine despite making 5 bogeys throughout the round. He finished 3 strokes ahead of Nicholas Schrieder, who had been in strong form since the start of the season.

In the U/15 division, Luke Jacobs and Alexander van Rooyen tied for the lead with scores of 81, but Luke edged out Alexander with a better back nine performance.

Louw Schoeman triumphed in the U/13 division for the second consecutive tournament, securing the win with a solid 38 on the back nine, narrowly defeating Christian Swanepoel.
