The 2025 Western Province Foursomes unfolded at the majestic Royal Cape Golf Club, where a talented field of golfers gathered to battle for supremacy. Cloudy conditions and a gentle breeze greeted the players, setting the stage for a thrilling contest.

Nathan Franks and Boston Franks (Steenberg) seized the initiative, carding a 2-under 70 to claim the clubhouse lead after Round 1. Travis Proctor (Durbanville) and Zach Miller (Westlake) trailed closely behind, shooting a 1-under 71, while Nic Thompson (Westlake) and Nicolas Van Der Vyver (Strand) rounded out the top three with a level-par 72.

However, the afternoon round two saw a dramatic shift in momentum. Andries Van Der Vyver (Strand) and Henru Walters (Durbanville) launched a stunning assault on the leaderboard, firing an impressive 6-under 66 to catapult themselves into contention and they surged into the lead.

Travis Proctor and Zach Miller refused to surrender, finishing with a respectable 70, while Geno Belfiore (Milnerton) and Adrian Ford (Durbanville) carded a 71. However, Van Der Vyver and Walters comeback proved unbeatable, and they secured the 2025 Western Province Foursomes Championship.
