In the A Division, Brian Daniels (Strand) ignited the competition with a 2-under-par 34 in the first nine holes, forging a narrow lead. Faried Mitchell (Steenberg) trailed closely, carding a level-par 36, while Chris Williams (KD Mowbray) shot a respectable 37 one-over- par.

The tension escalated in the back nine as Shaun Baartman (Steenberg) mounted a fierce charge, firing a 37 to seize the clubhouse lead with a total of 75. However, Brian Daniels showcased unwavering consistency, notching another impressive 1-under-par 35 to claim the title with a stunning 3-under-par 69.

In the B Division, a gripping battle unfolded. Wilbert Jason (Royal Cape) took the early lead with 23 points after nine holes, followed by Eugene Scharneck (Strand) and George Norman (Milnerton), both with 22 points. As the day unfolded, Cedric Joseph from Royal Cape Golf Club unleashed a breathtaking 25 points on the back nine, culminating in a total of 43 points and securing the title.
