The opening round produced several strong under-par and level-par performances. Cole Cruickshank (Royal Cape) set the early benchmark with an impressive 67, quickly establishing himself as the player to catch. Hannes Conradie (Bellville) also started solidly with a 70, while Idrees Saban (Royal Cape) matched that score to stay within reach of the leaders. Ayden Senger ( Durbanville) made a notable move with a 69, demonstrating early intent, while Andrew Georgiou (Erinvale) and Craig Jacobs (AB Links) both carded steady 71s to remain in contention heading into Round 2.

Moving into the final round, the leaderboard tightened as players pushed for position. Nicholas Thompson (Westlake) delivered the standout performance of the day with a brilliant 67, climbing up the standings with a late charge. Taahir Mallick (Rondebosch) and Rhynhardt Potgieter (Bellville) also played themselves into contention with composed rounds of 69 and 70 respectively. Hannes Conradie remained consistent with a 71 to stay near the top, while Cole Cruickshank managed his position with a controlled 73 to maintain his advantage to secure victory with a total of 140.

 

                                                                                           

In the women’s division, Ashley Huysamen (Durbanville) set the pace in Round 1 with a solid 76 to take the early lead, while Cendra Carroll (Durbanville) was not far behind after signing for 81, and Zoey Rhoda (KD Mowbray) and Aminah Hendricks (AB Links) both stayed in the mix with rounds of 82 and 83 respectively. In Round 2, Zoey Rhoda and Aminah Hendricks showed consistency with matching 82s, However Ashley Huysamen carded an 84 in round two to claim the title by four shots.
