The Championship Final delivered a strong contest between Gia Raad (Country Club Johannesburg) and Kesha Neve Louw (Mount Edgecomb). After a week of impressive golf, Raad rose to the occasion in the final and secured the championship with a convincing 3 & 1 victory. In the playoff for third place, Isabella Ferreira (George Golf Club) edged Maegan Webster (Magalies Park Golf Club) 1 up, adding another dramatic finish to the division.

A Division Flight Final, Valentina Sakota (Royal Johannesburg Golf Club) faced Rene Liebenberg (Langebaan Country Club) in the final. Liebenberg produced a composed performance to close out the match 3 & 2, claiming the Flight title. Charlotte Dry (Magalies Park Golf Club) secured third place after defeating Ashley Megan Huysamen (Durbanville Golf Club).

B Division Final, following her dominant stroke play performance earlier in the Silver Division, Erin-Leigh Arnold (Atlantic Beach Links) carried that momentum into the match play stages. In the final she faced Tessa Granger (Westlake Golf Club), and Arnold proved too strong on the day, sealing the title with a 4 & 2 victory claiming both Match Play and Stroke Play title for the Silver Division. Tara Swart (Royal Cape Golf Club) claimed third place after defeating Natasha Murray (King David Mowbray) 2 & 1.

The C Division Final saw Adele van der Westhuizen (Strand Golf Club) take on Ann Galloway (Westlake Golf Club) after both players performed well in the stroke play round. Galloway continued her steady form and secured the title with a 4 & 2 win. In the playoff for third place, Pearl Mbeje (King David Mowbray) defeated Tanya Williams (Milnerton Golf Club) 5 & 4 to round out the top three.
