Lying just two shots adrift from Weyers Janse van Rensburg, the round 1 leader at the King David Mowbray Open, Elton James set about taming the gusty ‘South-Easter’.

His found the second round easier as he holed three birdies and an eagle, deleting two bogeys to finish his round on three-under-par 69 and a total 141 to win by three from Van Rensburg, Luca Filippi and Chris Wicks.
