The WP Mid-Amateur squad took on a Namibian Invitational side this past weekend at Erinvale Golf Club as well as De Zalze Golf Club.

Saturday consisted of 4 x Betterball Matchplay at De Zalze with WP enjoying a 3-1 victory before 8 x Singles Matchplay on Sunday at Erinvale. WP again triumphed, this time by a margin of 6-2.

The side was captained by Roux Burger who led from the front with rounds of 72 and 73. Geno Belfiore shot the best round of the weekend, scoring 68 at De Zalze.
