Clear skies and ideal golf conditions provided the perfect backdrop for forty-seven golfers at the Westlake Caddie Series.

Here are the highlights of the event:

Rashaad Basson and Benito Robertson, both representing Strand, set the early pace with 22 points on the front nine. However, Freddie Booysen, determined to make up for missing the season opener, scored 21 points on his opening nine. Eugene Scharneck, who had a stellar performance at the Strand Golf Club last week, continued to demonstrate his talent by scoring 22 points on the back nine.

After a close finish, Rashaad Basson emerged as the winner with 41 points, followed by Benito Robertson with 40 points. Booysen and Scharneck tied for third place with 39 points each.

In closing out the second Caddie Series of the season, we would like to thank all of the participants for their sportsmanship and talent.
