The WP High Schools Regional Qualifier took place at the prestigious Metropolitan Golf Club, where teams of four players competed in a format where the best three scores counted towards the team total.

The South African Golf Development Board (SAGDB) team emerged victorious, clinching the title by a 5-shot margin. The team, made up of Jaydon Galant, Conrick Lucas, Codi Ruiters, and Tyrese Smart, delivered a strong performance. Jaydon, Conrick, and Codi each carded impressive rounds of 69, while Tyrese shot an 81. With the top three scores counting, SAGDB finished with a team total of 207.

SAGDB finished five shots ahead of Durbanville High School, who secured second place. The team members are Henru Walters, Jano Stone, Braam Smit and Daniel Lotter.

The standout individual performance of the day came from Henru Walters, who shot an exceptional round of 66 — the lowest of the tournament.
