DURBANVILLE – Monday 23 July 2018 – Southern Cape’s Sonja Bland successfully defended her WP Senior’s title at Durbanville earlier this week. It was a tight contest between herself and Steenberg’s Nives Schabort and the battle went down to the last hole. Not able to find the green with her approach shot, Nives couldn’t get up-and-down to save par and force a play-off.  Sonja went on to win the championship by one shot.
